The Center for Worker Freedom's Executive Director Matt Patterson was recently quoted in the Washington Examiner. Sarah Westwood's piece, "Labor-Dem Money-go-Round" published on October 18, 2015 discusses the uncomfortably close relationship between big unions, the Amalgamated Bank, and the Democratic Party. 

Matt Patterson was quoted, "Amalgamated is a perfect embodiment of the slush fund that organized labor has become,... Unions take dues from members (by force in non-right to work states) and funnel it directly to liberal groups and Democrat politicians."
