Patricia Johansen, a home healthcare worker in Minnesota, claims that the SEIU forged her signature on a dues-authorization card in order to take a portion of her Medicaid money in dues.

On December 9, 2016, CWF Executive Director Matt Patterson traveled to her home in northern Minnesota to hear her story and review her documentation. Here is video of Ms. Johansen signing her signature next to what the union had on file for her as well as her sworn affidavit detailing her story.
