Center for Worker Freedom Offers Community Outreach to Politico
Unionization Drive Threatens DC’s Top Political News Source
For Immediate Release:
January 29, 2015
When news broke this week that labor and employment “reporter” Mike Elk was spearheading an organizing drive to unionize POLITICO, Washington DC’s top source for political news and Elk’s employer, the Center for Worker Freedom (CWF) became very concerned.
CWF has seen first-hand the horrible economic devastation caused by organized labor in factories and towns across the nation, and has made it its mission to educate communities about the terrible costs and consequences of unionization.
Therefore, CWF is offering to launch a community outreach campaign to educate POLITICO employees about the downsides of unionization, including fewer employment opportunities and less take-home pay for workers.
It doesn’t have to be this way for POLITICO. The Center for Worker Freedom has successfully educated communities under attack by big labor including in Chattanooga, Tennessee, where the United Auto Workers lost an NLRB election at Volkswagen after a two year multimillion dollar organizing drive (supported publicly by Mike Elk).
We helped Chattanooga. We can help POLITICO.
